Playgroup at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo

We had so much fun at the zoo on Wednesday. It was a bit chilly, but because of the cooler temperatures, the animals were more active. The tigers, wolves, and cats were down next to the fence, so we got a good view of them. I bought some crackers to feed the giraffes, but Lucy didn't want to share! She thought they were hers. It was funny. One of the giraffes long tongue almost touched Lucy as he tried to get the cracker out of her hand. She wasn't scared, but she was not going to give away her cracker!

The baby giraffe was sooo cute!

I think Lucy enjoyed being with the other kids more than she liked looking at the animals. We stopped at the Grizzly Bear exhibit and had snacks. I snapped several darling photos of Lucy chatting with the other little girls.

Too cute! I love how she is already a social butterfly! I think it is a sneak peak to the things to come!
